All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once the purchase is completed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your payment.
Exceptions
We will only consider refunds or replacements in the following cases:
The product arrives damaged or defective
The product you received is different from what you ordered
In such cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at lecheno@live.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refund Process
Once your claim is verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
